Bruxism: Physiological Stimulations Or Suppression?

BRUXISM:  PHYSIOLOGICAL STIMULATIONS OR SUPPRESSION?
The mastication device must be requested since the birth, thus the balance is produced kept on. With no function it does not have aesthetic. Knowing the stimulations mastication we can activate them by providing them a normal development. The bruxism involves physiological stimulations with rhythmic movements similar to the one of the chew being, therefore necessary and indispensable to the growth and normal development of the dental arcs.
It can be defined as a functional habit, which occurs in the child who arrives at the 6 years with a mature and perfect mouth. Until this age the child through the laterality movements had caused an abrasion of the tips of cupids of the tooth, this active muscular activity the growth and physiological development of the osseous bases, carrying through an exaggerated mandibular dynamics and without impediments (infantile bruxism), for any direction in the horizontal plan. It is important to remember that the jaw is dominant in the development of the estomatognatic  system and the infantile bruxism is indispensable so that this happens. The mouth now will be in perfect balance, allowing that the dentition exchange occurs, without problems.
The Homeopathies in its paragraphs §3; §7 (*), §186, §252, §260, §261 defends not the suppression, therefore if we hinder the infantile bruxism we will be contributing so that this happens.
Logical that the pathological bruxism exists, but in this case that the etiological cause must be detected, such as, (a) mechanical factors, as premature contact or overbite; (b) psychophysiological, associates to stress it; (c) disturb of sleep, for the excitement of the SNC, transmitted to the esqueletical muscle, to remember that bruxism is not illness of sleep, if only manifest during sleep; or (d) multi factorial, that is most accepted
